February 20, 2021, was historic for the Pärnu Museum of New Art, as the museum expanded from the second floor to the first floor by opening the annual exhibition of the Estonian Painters’ Union in its new location in a bank building. A big part of the great house in the city’s heart is now from floor-to-ceiling full of art.
